We ship the same day we receive the order as long as it is within the time the freight company can collect / handle the order which is normally 2:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

We will normally provide a tracking number for your order when it is shipped.

We use Australia Post, TNT, DHL, Couriers Please, Fedex, as well as brokerage services such as Transdirect. We have experience in shipping around Australia and worldwide and will select services we believe operate well for your area or type of goods being sent.
